usign lets people acknowledge or sign for something (a document, a result, a delivery) by scanning a QR code shown by the issuing organisation and signing on their own phone.

What we collect

• From Google sign-in: your name, email address and Google account id. We do not access your contacts, Drive, Gmail or anything else.
• The identifier the organisation uses for you (for example an enrollment or employee number), linked once to your Google account.
• Each signature: the details shown to you, your drawn signature, the time, IP address and browser type.

How it is used

Only to record what you signed for, and to show that record to the organisation that issued the QR. It is not sold, shared for advertising or used for anything else.

Retention and deletion

Records are kept as long as the issuing organisation needs them. To ask for a copy or deletion of your data, contact that organisation or email [email protected].
